Due to the GDPR (Regulation on Personal Data Protection) entering into force on May 25, 2018, below we inform all visitors to the website www.wyspart.pl about what personal data they voluntarily share with us, who administers it, how it is stored and how it can be deleted.
The administrator of personal data (ADO), i.e. the entity deciding how your personal data will be used, is Fundacja WyspArt, ul. Leśna 10, 32-089 Wielka Wieś, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000293885, NIP: 6772302201, REGON: 120591063.
The data comes from the contact form on the website www.wyspart.pl/en/contact – it is required to provide name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number. Providing your real name, surname and telephone number is entirely up to you; for obvious reasons, the e-mail address should be such that you can receive a reply from us.
Your personal data is stored and processed in order to contact you in response to the inquiry sent to us using the contact form and the studio reservation form.
Moreover, if you agree to Cookies (pop-up window when you first enter the website www.wyspart.pl), the Google Analytics analytical tool will collect data about your visits to the website www.wyspart.pl.
There is no obligation. You provide us with your data voluntarily. If you do not want to contact us, leave comments under entries or subscribe to the newsletter, your name, surname, e-mail address or IP address will not be saved and stored by us. If you do not want Google tools to monitor your visits to www.wyspart.pl, please disable Cookies in your browser.
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
If you contact us via the contact form or via the e-mail address fundacja@wyspart.pl, please immediately add a note at the end of the message so that after responding, your e-mail will be deleted from our server – we will not store it on the e-mail server.

The Administrator guarantees the fulfillment of all your rights arising from the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the right to access, rectify and delete your data, limit its processing, the right to transfer it, not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as well as the right to object to processing of your personal data.
Your personal data saved as a result of contact via the contact form/e-mail is not made available to anyone. Only the administrator of this website has access to it.
Data from cookies is processed by Google analytical tools (Google Analytics and Google Search Console).
Personal data obtained as a result of an inquiry via the contact form is stored on the email server in the form of a history of exchange of email messages and stored until communication ceases, then deleted from the server.
Cookies are stored for 30 days after visiting the website and agreeing to the use of cookies.
